Booking is not refundable if cancelled by the guest any time or in case of noshow.
100% of the room price should be paid to reserve the property.

Property Rules
Taking the key from the villa you agree that
Our responsibility
- To handover the villa in clean and good conditions.
- All electric, water, AC, heating systems are in workable good conditions
- All kitchen equipment, hairdryers, laundry machines, irons, TV are in workable good conditions
- Return the deposit if there are no complaints and damages made
The owner of the villa is not responsible for
- Any injuries or death during the stay.
- Any damages or loss of your property during the stay
- Any damages you made to the communal, shared and third party property
Your responsibility
- You are fully responsible for your health life and the health and life of your guests
- You are fully responsible for the rented property: villa outside and inside, furniture, equipment, towels, linen etc., and are obliged to fully cover any damages made. Your responsibility is not limited to the deposit.
- You are fully responsible for the shared property and communal area: pool, plants and are obliged to fully cover any damages made. Your responsibility is not limited to the deposit.

Check out before 9-00 AM
Before check out
- Collect all garbage from all rooms, closets, kitchen and bring it to the container outside on the street
- Collect all food in the fridge and drawers an take it with you
- Collect all towels, subbed towels, bed linen on the ground floor
- Clean the ash in the fireplaces if used and bring it to the container outside on the street
- Collect all used tableware in the dishwasher and start it.
Water
You can use tap water. No need to by bottled water. Water in Kaş comes from Uluk mountains.
Garbage
We reuse plastic bags from supermarket and do not use trash bins. Please bring the bags with the garbage to the container on the street. It is on the right from the gate.
Laundry
You can use 2 laundry machines on the ground and 2nd floor.
Midstay cleaning
If you need midstay cleanıig we can do it for you. The price is 90EUR.
Pool
Pool opening hours 9-00 till 21-00. From 15th of May until the temperature of the pool becomes lower than in the sea.
The pool unsupervised
No life guard.
No lifeguard facilities provided.
Use on your own risk.
Running, jumping, food, smoking, glass tableware, loud music and behavior not allowed around the pool.
Please collect all pool toys and inflatable stuff after use for pool maintenance.
Shower before pool is mandatory.
